What is HourlyMeet?
HourlyMeet is an online platform that allows professionals to offer paid meeting slots, and lets users easily book and pay for those sessions. Whether you’re a consultant, coach, lawyer, or freelancer, you can monetize your time directly.
Who can use HourlyMeet?
Anyone 18 or older can create an account. If you’re a professional offering services, you must ensure that your services comply with local laws and professional standards.
Booking Appointments
How do I book a session?
Simply browse a consultant’s profile, view their availability, select a suitable time slot, and complete the booking using our secure payment system.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking before the meeting starts and receive an automatic refund (excluding service fees). If the meeting time has started, you can request a refund from the consultant, subject to their approval.
Payments and Fees
Is there a service fee?
Yes. A small non-refundable service fee is charged on each booking and during withdrawal. The fee is displayed clearly at checkout and on the withdrawal screen.
How are payments processed?
All payments are securely handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking details.
Refunds
When do I get a refund?
Refunds are issued if:
- You cancel before the meeting starts
- The consultant cancels the appointment
- The consultant approves your refund request after the meeting time
If there’s a dispute, either party can request or release the payment. If no response is given within 7 days, the system automatically finalizes the request in favor of the party who initiated it.
For Consultants
How do I offer my services?
After signing up, create a professional profile with your bio, rates, and availability. Then clients can start booking sessions with you.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Earnings become available for withdrawal 7 days after the appointment is completed, to allow for refund windows and payment gateway delays.
What happens if my payout fails?
Ensure your withdrawal method is properly configured. If issues arise due to third-party payment providers or account blocks, we will work to resolve them as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee instant resolution.
